Welcome to help.us-themes.com (the “Site” or “UpSolution Support Portal” or “Support Portal”). We have created this Site as a service to our customers. If you want to use this Site, you should agree with the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to use this site.

This Agreement covers all past, present and future communication between customer and UpSolution. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content and computer programs provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be changed at any time by UpSolution without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should read this Agreement prior to each use of the Site.

Disclaimer #

UpSolution does not warrant that the images, texts and information is complete or correct. The images, texts and information may contain mistakes or typographical errors.

UpSolution makes no representations about these errors and mistakes. We can change this site or disable it at any time. UpSolution disclaims any and all liability to any individual, organization or other entity for any loss or damage caused by errors or mistakes contained in, or associated with, the UpSolution Site whether such errors or mistakes arise from negligence, accident or any other cause.

Site Usage #

Purchases and licenses and related to them rights and obligations are based on ThemeForest’s license terms. In addition, no parts of UpSolution Themes can be shared or repurposed for multiple end users (i.e. blog network or platform allowing users to share UpSolution Themes functionality in whole or part) unless a unique license for each end user is purchased. If you are found to be using UpSolution Themes or any UpSolution product in a manner that violates any of these terms, in whole or part, we reserve the right to suspend your account and usage of UpSolution Themes including, but not limited to, access our Support Portal.

Plugins #

We can not provide support or guarantee compatibility with 3d party plugins. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise are the responsibility of each customer. Support covers product related questions (no customizations) only for plugins that are bundled into the certain theme.

Refunds #

All sales are handled through ThemeForest, and their parent company Envato handles all refund requests. You can read more about this process here.

Access #

Only one account can be registered per license (but on one account can be registered more then one licenses). Accounts can not be shared between two or more users. If more than one person needs access to our Support Portal, a separate license will need to be purchased.

Email Notifications #

The email address from your profile may be used to send you different email notifications. You are able to follow certain tickets, and you will be notified about the replies to these tickets using the provided email address. You are able to unfollow the tickets, if you don't want to receive this notifications. Also we'll use the email you provided to notify you about important changes and events in our products and services. If you don't want to receive such notifications, you can unsubscribe from them as well.

Links to Other Sites #

The UpSolution Site includes links to third party web sites. UpSolution is not responsible for the content of these sites. If you decide to access these linked, third party web sites, you do so at your own risk. UpSolution may receive a commission on some or all of the sites it links to when a visitor referred by UpSolution makes a purchase or other actions on those sites.

The rights and obligations of this Agreement are not assignable. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
